The on-site residency program offers artists a dedicated space for in-depth research and creative development through meaningful dialogue and critical exchange. Designed to transcend conventional frameworks, the residency encourages the exploration of alternative methodologies and interdisciplinary practices. Running annually from March to October, this program is open to practitioners across visual arts, writing, cultural or art-based research, sound art, moving image, performance, and other creative fields. Over the course of the residency, artists engage with an expansive network of mentors, visiting artists, curators, and the institution’s interdisciplinary community, fostering a dynamic environment for experimentation and conceptual growth.

The Houseguest residency program offers artists a unique platform to immerse themselves in their practice within a dynamic and culturally rich setting. The residency, with a duration of up to three months, provides space and resources for artists to experiment, research, and create.

The foundation hosts artists, emerging collectives and initiatives in its ‘street studios’ for extended periods, providing a nurturing environment for growth and exploration. These entities are often in the developmental stages of new projects, requiring dedicated space and time to refine their practices and crystallize their visions before solidifying their programs.
