Abdullah Tabaza is a Jordan-based artist and architectural designer working across installation, drawing, photography, and spatial research. Their practice traces the political life of materials—stone, soil, water, salt and the infrastructures that reorganize everyday survival, particularly within contested landscapes. Rooted in fieldwork and long-form observation, he builds narrative environments and research-driven artifacts that sit between document and speculation, often centering ecologies of labor, extraction, and care. They hold a BArch in Architectural Engineering (University of Petra, 2024) and have developed projects through independent and institutional contexts in Jordan (with Darat Al Funun) and the region. They were a resident at the Sharjah Art Foundation. In 2025, they founded Open Margin; an ongoing cultural program at Zawyeh Space.
